The Bialetti Industrie Group companies process the personal data of Clients and Suppliers when conducting business with the same. Pursuant to what established by Art. 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196 dated June 30th 2003,"Code for the protection of personal data", specific informative notes have been prepared which constitute a transparency tool for all interested parties with regards to the processing of such data.

The informative note is a document which is required by the relative laws in force to ensure that the processing of personal data is performed in total compliance with the rights, liberty and dignity of those concerned, with particular reference made to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.

The updated versions of the informative note are available to all Bialetti Industrie Group Clients and Suppliers.
